- Covers troubleshooting for hardware, software, network and user account issues.
- Excludes major projects, procurement and data recovery.
- Service hours: Mondays to Fridays - 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Aim to respond withint four (4) business hours.
- Onsite visits to locations in Woodlands, Tuas, Changi and Lim Chu Kang areas will incur additional 1 credit per visit.
- After service hours, weekends, public holidays support is available by prior arrangement with a surcharge of 2 credits per hour.
