Step 2: Assignment

We will assign a "Fixer" to your case within one (1) business hour.

Step 3: Resolution

We fix it remotely or dispatch a specialist to your Singapore office.

Step 4: Verification

We do not leave until you confirm everything is running smoothly.

Pricing for the Fixer

Ad-Hoc Hourly Rate

SGD 120 per hour (minimum 1 hour). Perfect for one-time emergencies.
