Credits are valid for ONE year upon purchase.
Subscription-Based
Save with subscription-based IT support service plans, for the time conscious.
Lock in the subscription plan prices for the WHOLE year.
Credit-Based IT Support Service Plans
Suitable for budget-conscious companies. The credit-based plans are deduct-as-you-use plans. Credits purchased are valid for ONE year. Credits are deducted when you engage us for online or offline IT support.

* The following terms and conditions apply:
- Four (4) business hours response time (best effort).
- Response time is limited to office hours (Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm) only. Additional credits are chargeable for onsite support after office hours or during weekends or on public holidays.
- Credits uitilised may vary, depending on site location (e.g. Changi, Tuas, Woodlands, etc).
Subscription-Based IT Support Service Plans
Suitable for time-conscious companies. The subscription-based plans are monthly plans that lock in the prices for the year.

- Additional hours are charged depending on site location (e.g. Changi, Tuas, Woodlands, etc).
